It is You Who Says No
Often when we think about what we want - the cherished ‘yes’ - we can feel a the uptick of desire. But there is a hidden part of us that says no at the same time.
Look closely enough, and you’ll be able to locate an extremely subtle, shrinking away from the Yes of your heart’s desires.
The No can actually be very hard to find, because it doesn’t live in the conscious mind. So working like this requires the cultivation of a specific kind of attention.

12 months of access to each single class (it’s a lifetime in the Legacy Library). Following this time we change and adapt what is held within our library of resources which means access may not continue. However, you can replay the class as often as you like within the 12 months of course.

Many include some form of movement, but we think of these classes more along the lines of energetic attunements and upgrades. We’re not working purely on the phsyical plane, we work through the physical towards the energy body and auric field and then deep into the subconscious realms. Movement has to be part of that but it is not the goal.
