It’s my soul work to not only sit in the dark with people but to dance through the night; that is what you will find here - spiritual electricity with a healthy dose of mischief that shakes your spirit back to life.
I don’t walk this path alone. Beside me is a hand-selected team of strategists, coaches, teachers, artists and healing practitioners - all who embody something truly unique but steer from the same ethos of softness, sovereignty, and sustainable growth.
They hold space for every step of your becoming and bring their full loving genius to the work we’ll do together.
Some of my story…
In 2011 following the birth of my son, I was diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia - an especially unforgiving and painful disease of the facial and cranial nerves. This took me to the extreme edges of my life where the veils completely disintegrated and I was gifted with clear vision and sight; it was an intense awakening into power and instinctual womanhood.
Loss, grief, fear, pain and descent all cracked me right open and I was called into a very deep level of service on the back of it. But I don’t teach to your pain.
My unique gift is that I’m an alchemist. That means I know how to turn every lesson into gold, and I teach others how to do the same. So that you may become the ultimate magician. I’m an expert in pattern recognition and have sight of the unconscious realms; I call this ‘the back room energetics’ of you. I can usually see in a matter of minutes what’s driving your patterns, but I had to learn the hard way how to show it to others.
Everything I teach stems from the embodied knowledge of this journey, and all that has altered because of it.
I am always somewhere in between whilst knowing exactly what I’m here to do; a non-conforming-punk-hearted-medicine-woman -Mother, mentor, writer, vortex healer, doula, music industry reveller, PR Director, yoga teacher, entrepreneur, community builder, alchemist, facilitator and practitioner of embodied wisdom and energetics for well over 20 years.
I am the founder of Liberate & Elevate , a company that has provided hundreds of women in leadership roles with unwavering high quality mentorship and guidance. Teachings that have revolutionised not simply their own lives, but those of their families and clients. They are the current chain-breakers and magick makers stewarding extraordinary work into the world.
Originally from Manchester but currently dwelling on the South Coast of England, I serve a worldwide community of beautiful bright sparks and mercurial misfits.

Teacher, ritualist & circle facilitator
Sarah is our much loved Welsh Witch and woman of the mountains.
She is an exceptional circle facilitator; creating spaces for people to peek beyond the veil of the everyday and to remember their ancestral relationship with spirit and land.
With Sarah, you will explore all the ways of invoking The Awen/Divine Inspiration; playing through the lens of somatic movement, breath, sound-work and meditation in our much-loved space within The Collective Energies - ‘The Velvet Den’. She also co-facilitates at our annual in person event Coven.
As an apprentice herbalist, Sarah's work is uniquely grounding; taking you deep into the somatic sensations of your own wise body through ritual and ceremony . She holds potent circle work and leads dream journeys rooted in Shamanic tradition to support you in fostering a meaningful connection to your inner and the enchantment of the world around you. Sarah's magick work is down-to-earth, simple and always a deep honouring of the expression of source that is Awen.
